Requirements

Playnite requires virtually no dependencies but your System needs to fulfill these Requirements for operation.

Hardware

Storage requirements depend on the size of your Library and the Backup schedule used inside of Playnite

At least 2GB Storage (32GB Hard drive storage recommended for Backups)
Windows 10 or Windows 11
A 64 bit system
A working Internet connection

Software

Usage of RomM is only possible if your Account is approved and your Account doesn't violate the TOS of TheJoSam Development

Browser
Game Launchers (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)

Additional

Playnite doesn't require System resources but you should be aware that it runs in the Background and loads during Gaming. Your resource usage can be minimized by only loading the Game Launchers when needed (can be configured in Playnite).

You should also keep in mind that Storage and System requirements depend on your Game Library.
